Non-usage of services after registration
Once the payment is made, it will be considered final and non-reversible.


4. Scope of Services
Services offered by Business Masters depend on the selected plan or agreement.
The registration fee does not guarantee project approval, results, or outcomes unless clearly mentioned in a written agreement.
Any additional services beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.

5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments once made are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate details, documents, and timely responses.
Delays caused due to missing or incorrect information from the client will not be the responsibility of Business Masters.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, strategies, and materials created by Business Masters remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized copying, reuse, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Business Masters shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or data
Delays caused due to third-party tools, platforms, or client inaction

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

False information is provided
Payment terms are violated
Any misuse or unlawful activity is detected
No refunds will be provided upon termination.
