6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information, documents, and timely responses.

  • Delays caused due to missing, incorrect, or delayed information from the client shall not be the responsibility of Business Masters.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, strategies, materials, and documentation created by Business Masters remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized copying, reuse, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Business Masters shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data

  • Delays caused due to third-party tools, platforms, service providers, or client inaction

9. Termination

  • Payment terms are violated

  • Any misuse, unethical, or unlawful activity is detected

No refunds shall be provided upon termination.
