    • Incomplete documentation

    • Delay or non-response from the client

    • Decision to discontinue services

    • Non-usage of services after registration

The registration fee covers administrative costs, onboarding, verification, and service preparation.
All payments are considered final and non-reversible.

2. Service-Based Payments

  • Payments made for services (other than registration fees) are also non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

  • No refunds will be issued for partially completed work or unused services.

  • Once service execution has started, cancellation or refund requests will not be entertained.

3. No Returns Applicable

Business Masters offers digital and service-based solutions only.

Therefore:

  • No physical products are sold

  • No returns are applicable under any circumstances

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of Business Masters, in rare and exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error

  • Incorrect amount charged due to a system malfunction

Any such request must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment, along with valid supporting proof.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • We reserve the right to share transaction records and communication proof with payment gateways or financial institutions if required.

6. Policy Updates

Business Masters reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
